1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LeadarX website at leadarx.com, the student platform at learn.leadarx.com, and all services, courses, and programs offered by LeadarX.

1.2. LeadarX is a trading name of Demartechx Ventures, a business registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria under RC Number 8556793, with its principal place of business in Oyo State, Nigeria.

1.3. These Terms apply to every person who visits the LeadarX website, creates an account on the platform, enrolls in any course, or uses any LeadarX service in any capacity.

1.4. By registering an account, enrolling in a course, or making any payment to LeadarX, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you ("the Student") and LeadarX ("the Academy").

1.5. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register, enroll, or use the platform.

1.6. LeadarX reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are significant, students will be notified by email at least 14 days before the updated Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

In these Terms, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below:

• "LeadarX" / "the Academy" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" refers to Demartechx Ventures, trading as LeadarX (RC: 8556793), and its officers, staff, contractors, and authorised representatives.
• "Student" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who registers an account on the LeadarX platform, enrolls in a course, or uses any LeadarX service.
• "Course" means a structured programme of study offered by LeadarX in a specific subject area (e.g., Data Analysis, UI/UX Design, Digital Marketing).
• "Cohort" means a specific intake or batch of students enrolled in a particular course, running for a defined period of 10 weeks.
• "Real-Time Class" means a live, instructor-led class delivered online via video conferencing, held on a scheduled day and time.
• "Self-Paced Class" means a class format where pre-recorded lessons and materials are made available on the platform for the student to complete at their own pace within the cohort period.
• "One-on-One Class" means a personalised, private training session between the student and an instructor, with schedules agreed between the parties.
• "Enrollment" means the process by which a student registers for and secures a spot in a specific cohort of a course, confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• "School Fees" means the total amount payable by a student for enrollment in a course, comprising the Application Fee, Tuition Fee, and Certificate Fee.
• "Application Fee" means a non-refundable fee of ₦5,000 (Five Thousand Naira) payable at enrollment to secure the student's spot in a cohort.
• "Tuition Fee" means the fee payable for access to the course content, classes, and instruction, the amount of which varies by class type.
• "Certificate Fee" means the fee payable for issuance of the LeadarX certificate of completion, included in the total school fees.
• "Installment Plan" means an arrangement allowing students to pay their school fees in three defined stages over the course of the cohort, with due dates specified at enrollment.
• "Platform" means the LeadarX student portal accessible at learn.leadarx.com, including all features, tools, content, and services available therein.
• "Instructor" means a qualified trainer engaged by LeadarX to deliver course content and instruction.
• "Hire Board" means a feature on the LeadarX platform that lists certified graduates for potential employment opportunities.
• "Student Referral Program" means a program under which registered students can earn rewards by referring new students to LeadarX using a unique referral link.
• "Referral Wallet" means a digital wallet on the platform where referral rewards are credited. Funds in the referral wallet may be withdrawn or used toward course payments.
• "Personal Wallet" means a digital wallet on the platform credited when a student transfers funds to their LeadarX virtual account. Funds in the personal wallet may only be used toward course payments and are non-withdrawable.
• "Capstone Project" means a final assessment project that students must complete and pass to qualify for their certificate of completion.

3.1. To register for an account and enroll in any LeadarX course, you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may only register and enroll with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

3.2. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration and enrollment. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.

3.3. You are responsible for ensuring that you have access to a working laptop or computer and a stable internet connection sufficient to participate in your chosen class format. LeadarX does not provide hardware, devices, or internet access.

3.4. You must have a valid and active email address through which LeadarX can communicate with you regarding your enrollment, course updates, and account matters.

3.5. LeadarX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse enrollment or registration to any person, at any time, for any lawful reason, including but not limited to prior misconduct, incomplete documentation, or capacity constraints.

4.1. To enroll in any LeadarX course, you must first create a student account on the platform at learn.leadarx.com. Account creation is available through manual registration or Google sign-up. Regardless of the method used to create your account, these Terms apply equally.

4.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials (email/username and password). You must not disclose your login details to any third party.

4.3. You must not share your account with any other person. Each account is for the exclusive use of the registered student. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

4.4. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify LeadarX immediately at support@leadarx.com.

4.5. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, including but not limited to using a false name, someone else's identity, or fabricated credentials, may result in the immediate termination of your account and enrollment without any refund.

5.1. Enrollment in a course is confirmed only after payment of the application fee has been received and verified by LeadarX. Mere registration of an account does not constitute enrollment.

5.2. Spots in each cohort are limited. Enrollment is on a first-paid, first-served basis. Paying the application fee secures your spot. LeadarX does not hold spots for students who have not paid.

5.3. Enrollment in a cohort is personal and non-transferable. You may not assign, transfer, or give your enrollment spot to another person.

5.4. If you are unable to attend your enrolled cohort, you may request a cohort transfer to a future cohort, subject to the conditions set out in Section 7.4 of these Terms.

5.5. Enrollment closes on the date announced by LeadarX for each cohort. Applications received after the closing date will not be accepted for that cohort but may be considered for the next available cohort.

5.6. LeadarX reserves the right to cancel a cohort if the minimum enrollment number required to run the cohort is not met. In such cases, the refund provisions in Section 7.5 of these Terms will apply.

6.1. Fee Structure

The total school fees for any LeadarX course comprise the following components:

• Application Fee: ₦5,000 (Five Thousand Naira). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee (except as provided in Section 7.1) that secures the student's spot in a cohort.
• Tuition Fee: The amount varies depending on the class type selected:
  • Real-Time Class: as displayed on the enrollment page at the time of enrollment
  • Self-Paced Class: as displayed on the enrollment page at the time of enrollment
  • One-on-One Class: as displayed on the enrollment page at the time of enrollment
• Certificate Fee: Included in the total school fees as displayed on the enrollment page.

Students may choose to pay their school fees in one of two ways:

• Full Payment: Pay the total school fees upfront at a reduced rate as displayed at the time of enrollment.
• Installment Payment: Pay in three stages over the duration of the cohort, with specific amounts and due dates defined at the point of enrollment. The total amount payable under the installment plan is higher than the full payment amount.

All fee amounts are displayed on the platform at the time of enrollment and are denominated in Nigerian Naira (₦). LeadarX reserves the right to adjust fees for future cohorts. Fee changes do not affect students already enrolled in an active cohort.

6.2. Payment Methods

LeadarX accepts the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer to the student's assigned LeadarX virtual account
• Card payment (debit/credit) processed via Korapay
• Referral wallet balance
• Personal wallet balance

All electronic payments are processed by Korapay (Demartechx Ventures). LeadarX does not directly store, process, or have access to your card details. All card transactions are subject to Korapay's terms of service and privacy policy.

6.3. Installment Payment Rules

If you choose the installment payment option:

• Each installment has a clearly stated due date, communicated to you at enrollment and visible on your student dashboard.
• Failure to pay an installment by its due date will result in your course content being locked automatically. You will not be able to access course materials, attend live classes, or view recorded sessions until the overdue payment is made.
• LeadarX will send you a reminder notification before each installment due date and a notice after content is locked due to non-payment.
• You may unlock your content at any time by making the overdue payment in full.
• LeadarX is not responsible for any learning gaps, missed classes, or academic disadvantage caused by your failure to pay installments on time.

6.4. Late Payment

A grace period of up to 3 (three) days may be granted at LeadarX's sole discretion for overdue installments. This grace period is not guaranteed and should not be relied upon.

LeadarX is under no obligation to grant extensions or alternative payment arrangements. If you anticipate difficulty meeting a payment deadline, you should contact support@leadarx.com as early as possible.

A student who defaults on installment payments remains liable for all outstanding fees in respect of their enrollment, even if they choose to withdraw or stop attending classes.

6.5. Failed Payments

If a card payment or bank transfer fails for any reason, you must contact LeadarX at support@leadarx.com within 24 hours to arrange an alternative payment method or to retry the payment.

LeadarX is not responsible for payment delays or failures caused by your bank, payment card issuer, internet connectivity, or the payment processor (Korapay). Such delays do not exempt you from your payment obligations.

6.6. Receipts

Payment receipts for all transactions are available on your student dashboard at learn.leadarx.com. You are advised to download and keep your own copies of all payment receipts for your records. LeadarX is not obligated to reissue receipts.

LeadarX's refund policy is designed to be fair to students while protecting the Academy from abuse. Please read this section carefully before making any payment.

7.1. Application Fee Refund

The application fee of ₦5,000 is non-refundable in all cases, except:

• Where LeadarX cancels the entire cohort, in which case the application fee will be refunded in full.
• Where LeadarX is unable to deliver the course as promised due to circumstances solely on LeadarX's side, in which case a refund may be granted at LeadarX's discretion.

7.2. Tuition Fee Refund: Before Cohort Starts

• If a student withdraws more than 7 days before the cohort start date: Full tuition fee refund. Application fee remains non-refundable.
• If a student withdraws 7 days or less before the cohort start date: 50% tuition fee refund. Application fee remains non-refundable.

7.3. Tuition Fee Refund: After Cohort Starts

• If a student withdraws before or on the day of the Week 1 class (the first scheduled class of the cohort): 50% tuition fee refund.
• If a student withdraws after the Week 1 class has been held: No refund.

There are no exceptions to this rule after the Week 1 class. By continuing past Week 1, you accept full financial responsibility for the fees.

7.4. Cohort Transfer (Alternative to Refund)

Instead of requesting a refund, a student may request to transfer their enrollment to a future cohort, subject to all of the following conditions:

• The request must be made in writing (via email to support@leadarx.com) at least 5 days before the cohort start date.
• A cohort transfer fee (as displayed on the platform at the time of request) is payable.
• The transfer is subject to availability of spots in the target cohort.
• Each enrollment is limited to a maximum of one (1) transfer. A second transfer is not permitted.
• Cohort transfers are not available after the Week 1 class has been held.

7.5. LeadarX Cancels a Cohort

If LeadarX cancels an entire cohort for any reason:

• All affected students will receive a full refund of all fees paid, including the application fee.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of the cancellation announcement.
• Alternatively, affected students may choose to transfer to the next available cohort at no additional cost.

7.6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@leadarx.com with the following information:

• Your full name as registered on the platform
• Your enrollment details (course name, cohort, class type)
• The reason for your refund request

LeadarX will acknowledge your request and respond with a decision within 5 working days.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days of approval. Refunds will be paid to the original payment method used for the transaction, where possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative arrangement will be made at LeadarX's discretion.

7.7. Referral Wallet and Refunds

If a student's enrollment is refunded and a referral reward was credited to the referring student's referral wallet as a result of that enrollment, LeadarX reserves the right to reverse the referral reward in full. This reversal will be deducted from the referring student's referral wallet balance. If the balance has already been withdrawn, Section 11.8 of these Terms applies.

8.1. What LeadarX Provides

Upon confirmed enrollment and subject to compliance with these Terms, LeadarX will provide:

• Access to the course curriculum as described on the enrollment page at the time of enrollment.
• A qualified instructor for the duration of the cohort.
• Access to recorded class videos within 24 hours of each live session (for Real-Time class students).
• A functioning online learning platform at learn.leadarx.com.
• Reasonable student support via email and the student platform.

8.2. What LeadarX Does Not Promise

LeadarX expressly does not promise, guarantee, or represent any of the following:

• Employment or job placement of any kind after completing a course.
• A specific salary, income, or financial outcome after graduation.
• That the skills taught will meet any specific employer's requirements or industry standards beyond the LeadarX curriculum.
• Uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled or emergency maintenance windows may occur. LeadarX will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance where possible.

8.3. Instructor Changes

LeadarX reserves the right to change, replace, or substitute an instructor during a cohort if it becomes necessary for operational, quality, or personal reasons. Students will be notified of any instructor change. A change of instructor does not entitle any student to a refund.

8.4. Class Schedule

• Real-Time Class: Held on Saturdays at the scheduled time, delivered via an online video conferencing platform (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
• Self-Paced Class: Course materials are available 24/7 on the student platform for the duration of the cohort and beyond.
• One-on-One Class: Schedule is agreed directly between the student and the assigned instructor.

LeadarX may reschedule a class with at least 48 hours' notice to students. Rescheduled classes do not entitle students to a refund. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., emergency), less notice may be given, but LeadarX will make all reasonable efforts to inform students promptly.

8.5. Platform Access After Graduation

Upon successful completion of a course and issuance of a certificate, students retain read-only access to their completed course materials on the platform for personal reference purposes. This access is provided as a courtesy and may be subject to change.

Platform access (including post-graduation access) may be suspended or terminated for non-payment of outstanding fees, breach of these Terms, or as otherwise provided herein.

9.1. Conditions for Certificate Issuance

The LeadarX certificate of completion will only be issued when all of the following conditions are met:

1. The student has attended or completed all 10 weeks of the course curriculum.
2. The student has submitted and passed the capstone project to LeadarX's satisfaction.
3. All school fees (including application fee, tuition fee, and certificate fee) have been paid in full with zero outstanding balance.

LeadarX will not issue a certificate until all three conditions are satisfied. No partial certificates, provisional certificates, or letters of completion will be issued.

9.2. Nature of the Certificate

The LeadarX certificate is a private certification issued solely by LeadarX (Demartechx Ventures). It is important that students understand the following:

• The certificate is not a government-issued qualification.
• The certificate is not accredited, endorsed, or recognised by the Federal Ministry of Education, the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), or any other government or regulatory body in Nigeria or elsewhere.
• The certificate represents the professional judgement of LeadarX that the student has demonstrated competence in the skills covered by the course. It carries the professional weight and reputation of the LeadarX brand.

9.3. Certificate Verification

Each LeadarX certificate bears a unique verification code. Employers, clients, and other third parties can verify the authenticity of any LeadarX certificate at learn.leadarx.com/verify by entering the verification code.

LeadarX maintains certificate verification records permanently for the benefit of graduates and verifying parties.

9.4. Certificate Revocation

LeadarX reserves the right to revoke a certificate that has already been issued if it is subsequently discovered that the student:

• Submitted fraudulent, plagiarised, or dishonest capstone project work.
• Cheated during assessments or examinations.
• Provided false or misleading personal information during registration or enrollment.
• Obtained the certificate through any form of deception or dishonesty.

Revocation will be communicated to the student in writing, and the verification record will be updated accordingly.

10.1. The LeadarX Hire Board is a service available exclusively to LeadarX graduates who have received their certificate of completion.

10.2. The Hire Board serves as a platform to connect graduates with potential employers. Listing on the Hire Board does not guarantee that any employer will view, contact, or hire any graduate.

10.3. The Hire Board is a facilitation service only. LeadarX is not a recruitment agency, employment bureau, or job placement service, and does not operate as one.

10.4. Employers and organisations listed on or accessing the Hire Board are not vetted, endorsed, or recommended by LeadarX. Students and graduates should exercise their own independent judgement and due diligence before engaging with any employer or accepting any offer made through the platform.

10.5. LeadarX is not a party to and bears no liability for any employment arrangements, contracts, disputes, or outcomes that arise from connections made through the Hire Board.

11.1. Eligibility

All registered LeadarX students with an active account on the platform are eligible to participate in the Student Referral Program. Participation is automatic. Every eligible student receives a unique referral link accessible from their dashboard.

11.2. How the Program Works

1. A student (the "Referring Student") shares their unique referral link with a friend or contact.
2. The friend (the "Referred Student") registers on the LeadarX platform using that referral link.
3. When the Referred Student completes all school fee payments for their enrollment, the Referring Student earns a referral reward.
4. The reward is credited to the Referring Student's Referral Wallet on the platform.

11.3. Reward Amount

The referral reward amount is set by LeadarX and is displayed on the referral dashboard at all times. LeadarX reserves the right to change the reward amount for future referrals at any time, with notice posted on the platform. Existing pending rewards (where the Referred Student enrolled before the change) will be honoured at the rate in effect at the time the Referred Student enrolled.

11.4. Single-Level Referral Only

The Student Referral Program operates on a single-level basis only:

• A Referring Student earns rewards only for students they directly referred.
• A Referring Student does not earn rewards for students referred by their referrals (i.e., there is no second-level, multi-level, or cascading reward structure).
• This program is not and does not operate as a multi-level marketing, pyramid, or network marketing scheme.

11.5. Referral Wallet

• Referral rewards are credited to the student's Referral Wallet on the platform.
• Referral Wallet funds may be withdrawn to the student's verified bank account (subject to Section 11.7 below).
• Referral Wallet funds may also be used toward course payments on the platform.
• When making a payment, Referral Wallet funds are applied first, before Personal Wallet funds.

11.6. Personal Wallet

• Funds transferred by a student to their LeadarX virtual account are credited to the student's Personal Wallet.
• Personal Wallet funds may only be used toward course payments on the platform.
• Personal Wallet funds are non-withdrawable. Under no circumstances may Personal Wallet funds be transferred back to a bank account or to any third party.
• In cases of genuine error (e.g., a student accidentally transfers an excessive amount), LeadarX may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider a refund of Personal Wallet funds. This is not a right, is not guaranteed, and should not be relied upon.

11.7. Withdrawal of Referral Earnings

To withdraw Referral Wallet funds, the following conditions must be met:

• The student must have a verified bank account linked to their profile on the platform.
• The account name on the bank account must match the student's name as registered on their LeadarX profile.
• Withdrawal requests are processed manually by LeadarX.
• Processing time is up to 5 working days from the date of request.
• LeadarX reserves the right to request additional identification or documentation before processing any withdrawal, as part of its fraud prevention and compliance obligations.

11.8. Referral Reward Reversal

If a Referred Student's enrollment is refunded (in whole or in part), LeadarX reserves the right to reverse the corresponding referral reward from the Referring Student's Referral Wallet.

If the Referral Wallet balance is insufficient to cover the reversal (e.g., because the funds have already been withdrawn), LeadarX may offset the reversed amount against future referral rewards earned by the same student until the amount is fully recovered.

11.9. Program Suspension or Discontinuation

• LeadarX may pause, modify, or discontinue the Student Referral Program at any time, with notice on the platform.
• Referral rewards already credited to wallets at the time of suspension will remain available for withdrawal or use.
• Pending rewards (where the Referred Student has not yet completed all fee payments) will not be credited if the program is paused or discontinued before the payment trigger condition is met.

11.10. Abuse of the Referral Program

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute fraud:

• Creating fake or duplicate accounts to generate referral rewards.
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to distribute referral links or generate referrals.
• Colluding with other persons to fraudulently trigger referral rewards.
• Any other activity that LeadarX, in its reasonable judgement, considers to be an abuse of the referral program.

LeadarX reserves the right to cancel all rewards, reverse all earnings, and permanently terminate the account of any student found to be abusing the referral program. No compensation will be paid for cancelled or reversed fraudulent rewards.

12.1. By enrolling in a LeadarX course, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following standards:

• Treat all instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect, courtesy, and professionalism at all times, including during live classes, in chat groups, and in any communications related to the course.
• Do not share course materials, including but not limited to videos, slides, PDFs, datasets, templates, exercises, and written resources, with anyone outside the platform without the prior written permission of LeadarX.
• Do not record live classes (audio, video, or screen recordings) without the explicit prior permission of LeadarX.
• Do not use course materials for commercial purposes, including but not limited to reselling, repackaging, or using them to deliver training to others.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or replicate the platform, its software, or its underlying technology.
• Attend live classes or watch recorded sessions diligently to maximise the value of your enrollment.
• Submit original work for your capstone project and all assessments. Plagiarism, copying, or submitting work that is not your own will result in denial of the certificate and may result in removal from the course.

12.2. LeadarX reserves the right to remove a student from a cohort without refund for any of the following:

• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or abusive behaviour toward instructors, staff, or other students.
• Sharing or distributing course materials outside the platform without permission.
• Any illegal activity connected to or carried out through the student's enrollment or use of the platform.
• Gross misconduct as determined by LeadarX in its reasonable judgement.

13.1. All course content, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, slides, presentation materials, PDFs, documents, datasets, templates, exercises, written materials, quizzes, assessments, and the capstone project briefs, are the intellectual property of LeadarX (Demartechx Ventures) and are protected under the Copyright Act (Cap C28, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

13.2. Upon enrollment, students are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to access and use the course content solely for their own learning during the cohort period and for personal reference after graduation. This licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to the student.

13.3. Students may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, republish, share, upload, broadcast, or make available any course content in any form, whether in whole or in part, whether modified or unmodified, without the prior written permission of LeadarX.

13.4. The LeadarX name, logo, brand identity, certificate design, and all associated trademarks are the property of LeadarX (Demartechx Ventures) and may not be used, reproduced, or displayed by any person without the prior written permission of LeadarX.

13.5. Any student work submitted as part of the course (including capstone projects) remains the intellectual property of the student. However, by submitting such work, the student grants LeadarX a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and reference the work for promotional, educational, and portfolio purposes, with appropriate attribution where practicable.

14.1. LeadarX collects and processes the following categories of personal data from students:

• Full name, email address, and phone number (provided at registration).
• Payment information (processed by Korapay. LeadarX does not store card details).
• Course progress, activity, and assessment data on the platform.
• Bank account details (provided for referral wallet withdrawal purposes).

14.2. Personal data collected is used for the following purposes:

• Delivering the course and managing enrollments.
• Processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Communicating with students about their enrollment, classes, and account matters.
• Improving the platform, courses, and student experience.
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

14.3. LeadarX does not sell, rent, or trade student personal data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

14.4. Payment data is processed and handled by Korapay (Demartechx Ventures) under Korapay's own privacy policy and terms of service. Students are advised to review Korapay's privacy policy separately.

14.5. LeadarX may share limited personal data with third-party service providers (e.g., email platforms, cloud hosting, video conferencing tools) strictly for the purpose of delivering its services to students. Such providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

14.6. Students may request the deletion of their personal data by emailing support@leadarx.com. Please note that certain data must be retained for legal, tax, financial record-keeping, and compliance purposes, and such data will be retained for the period required by applicable law.

14.7. LeadarX takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect student data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and LeadarX cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

15.1. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, LeadarX shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of income, employment opportunities, or business arising from course completion, non-completion, or the use of skills acquired through the course.
• Technical issues, failures, or interruptions caused by the student's own device, software, or internet connection.
• Any actions, omissions, representations, or conduct of employers or organisations on the Hire Board.
• Service disruptions, outages, or failures of third-party platforms used in the delivery of courses, including but not limited to Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Korapay, and cloud hosting providers.
• Events of force majeure, including but not limited to power outages, internet disruptions, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, civil unrest, government actions, or any event beyond the reasonable control of LeadarX.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

15.2. In all cases, LeadarX's maximum aggregate liability to any student, for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the student's enrollment, shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by that student to LeadarX for the relevant enrollment.

15.3. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

16.1. In the event of any complaint, dispute, or disagreement arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the student's enrollment, or any LeadarX service, the student should first contact LeadarX at support@leadarx.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally.

16.2. LeadarX will acknowledge the complaint and respond with a view to resolution within 5 working days.

16.3. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 days of the initial complaint, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before commencing any legal proceedings. The mediator shall be mutually agreed upon, or failing agreement, appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004).

16.4. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

16.5. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought before the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction in Oyo State, Nigeria.

17.1. LeadarX reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time as it deems necessary.

17.2. Where changes are significant (including but not limited to changes to fees, refund policy, or student rights), LeadarX will notify students by email at least 14 days before the updated Terms take effect.

17.3. Minor changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially alter student rights or obligations) may be made without prior notice.

17.4. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the LeadarX website. Students are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.

17.5. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact LeadarX regarding your enrollment.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the rest of these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any policies, guidelines, or notices published on the LeadarX platform, constitute the entire agreement between the student and LeadarX with respect to the subject matter hereof. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
